Terms of Service

By accessing or using HiredFast ("the Service"), operated by JMV Labs LLC("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This applies whether or not you create an account, including viewing public sample previews and marketing pages. Creating an account, uploading or importing content, generating AI output, purchasing a plan, or continuing to use the Service after updates means you also agree to the Privacy Policy, Billing Policy, Cookie Policy, and Responsible AI disclosures that apply to the Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

HiredFast is an AI-powered job application platform that helps users create tailored resumes, cover letters, interview preparation materials, application answers, recruiter outreach drafts, match scores, ATS analysis, gap-fix plans, and related career materials from job descriptions and user profile data. The Service also provides a resume studio for version management and export, a job application tracker, profile import tools, and a resume checker with AI-assisted fixes.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account and delete their data.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

The Service offers a free tier and paid plans. Paid plans auto-renew until canceled. By purchasing, you agree to recurring billing and the policy terms below.

• Recurring Billing: You authorize recurring charges to your payment method for your selected plan.
• Cancellation: You may cancel from your dashboard billing portal. Cancellation prevents future renewals and takes effect at period end unless required otherwise by law.
• Refunds: Charges are generally non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months, and top-ups are non-refundable once purchased except where required by law, duplicate charge, or clear payment error.
• Price Changes: We may update pricing with advance notice. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of updated pricing.
• Processor: Payments are processed by Stripe and payment details are handled by Stripe directly.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service, including your resume information, skills, work history, education, certifications, imported resume or LinkedIn text, job descriptions, application tracker data, and generated drafts. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, transmit, analyze, transform, display, and otherwise process this content solely to provide, secure, debug, support, and improve the Service.

You represent and warrant that your content is accurate, that you have the right to submit it, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. Do not submit highly sensitive personal data, third-party confidential information, or information you are not authorized to process.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information, or use the Service to fabricate professional credentials or experience
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems or bots to access or abuse the Service, including circumventing rate limits
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or scrape AI-generated outputs at scale

The Service uses artificial intelligence providers, including OpenAI API services, to generate editable resume, cover letter, application, outreach, interview, scoring, and profile-assistance content. By using AI features, you authorize HiredFast to process and transmit the resume, profile, imported text, job description, generated context, prompts, outputs, and related request metadata needed for the feature you run. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may require review and editing
• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of generated content
• We do not guarantee employment outcomes from using the Service
• Generated resumes should be reviewed before submission to employers
• OpenAI and other AI providers process submitted content under their own API, privacy, security, and data-processing commitments
• Operational logs, request metadata, token usage, rate-limit records, security events, and error traces may be retained by HiredFast or providers for debugging, safety, abuse monitoring, compliance, support, and reliability

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JMV Labs LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JMV Labs LLCand its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your submission of inaccurate, false, or misleading content; or (d) any claim that your content infringes a third party's rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JMV Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may bring individual claims in small claims court if they qualify. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. This clause does not limit your right to seek injunctive relief in court where permitted by law.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may withdraw your consent to data processing at any time by:

• Deleting your account from your profile settings, which removes all personal data from our active systems
• Exporting your data before deletion using the data export feature on your dashboard
• Contacting us at privacy@hiredfast.io to request specific data processing restrictions

Withdrawing consent may limit or prevent your use of certain features of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
