HiredFast, operated by JMV Labs LLC, uses AI to help turn your career material and job descriptions into application drafts. This page explains how to use those drafts responsibly and where the product has limits.

AI drafts require human review

Generated resumes, cover letters, application answers, outreach, and interview prep are editable drafts. Review every output before sending it to an employer, recruiter, school, agency, or job board.

No hiring outcome guarantees

HiredFast can help you tailor materials and reduce manual work. It does not guarantee ATS passage, interviews, recruiter replies, job offers, salary outcomes, or hiring decisions.

Truthful applications are your responsibility

Do not submit AI output that invents credentials, employment history, accomplishments, licenses, referrals, availability, work authorization, or compensation information.

Limited data is sent for the feature you run

AI features use the resume, profile, LinkedIn text, job description, generated context, and instructions needed for that action. We do not sell your personal data or use it to train HiredFast models.

Review before you submit

Treat HiredFast as a drafting and organization tool. Before you apply, confirm:

  • Names, dates, employers, titles, degrees, certifications, and contact details are accurate.
  • Every metric, claim, tool, skill, and responsibility is grounded in your real experience.
  • Application answers match the employer question and do not overstate eligibility or availability.
  • Recruiter messages are customized before sending and do not imply a relationship that does not exist.
  • The final resume format, job title, and keywords still fit the specific role you are applying to.

Important limitations

These limitations apply to every AI feature in HiredFast, including Apply Pack, Tailor Resume, Cover Letter, Interview Prep, Resume Checker fixes, and profile import helpers.

  • AI can misunderstand context, omit important details, or generate language that needs editing.
  • ATS systems, job boards, and employer review processes vary, so no score can guarantee passage.
  • HiredFast is not a substitute for legal, financial, immigration, tax, recruiting, or employment advice.
  • Generated material may not reflect every law, regulation, employer policy, or professional standard that applies to your situation.

Data and AI processing

What may be processed

Resume text, profile details, LinkedIn import text, job descriptions, generated draft context, AI prompts, AI outputs, and request metadata needed for the feature you choose.

Provider processing

We use AI providers, including OpenAI API services. OpenAI states that API inputs and outputs are not used for model training by default unless the API customer opts in.

Logs and controls

HiredFast and providers may retain operational, safety, abuse-monitoring, support, and reliability logs. You can edit outputs, export data, delete your account, and choose whether to submit generated material.
