Billing Policy

HiredFast is operated by JMV Labs LLC. HiredFast offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are charged in advance on a recurring basis until canceled. We may also offer one-time add-ons such as 5-pack top-ups for extra Pro volume. Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

You can cancel anytime from the dashboard billing portal. Cancellation prevents future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise required by law.

Payments for subscriptions and one-time add-ons are generally non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partial subscription months, unused subscription time, unused monthly generations, or a decision to stop using the Service after purchase.

• Top-up packs are non-refundable once purchased except where required by applicable law or clear billing error.
• Subscription charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law, duplicate charge, or clear payment error.
• Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

Any legally required or billing-error refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.

If a payment fails, we may retry charges through our payment provider. Plan access may be limited based on subscription status until payment is resolved.

Contact support before filing a chargeback so we can resolve issues quickly. We reserve the right to suspend accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity.

We may update pricing with advance notice. Continued use after the effective date of a pricing change means you accept the updated price.
