Data Rights & Deletion

HiredFast is operated by JMV Labs LLC. Signed-in users can edit profile data, saved resumes, tracker entries, and generated materials inside the app. Account deletion is available from the profile/billing area and removes active account data from HiredFast systems, subject to limited legal, security, billing, backup, and abuse-prevention exceptions.

• Access or export personal data associated with your account.
• Correct inaccurate account, profile, or resume information.
• Delete account data that is no longer needed to provide the Service.
• Restrict certain processing where required by applicable law.
• Ask whether HiredFast sells or shares personal data. HiredFast does not sell personal data.

Use the support form and select “Privacy or data request,” or email privacy@hiredfast.io. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We aim to respond within 30 days. Some requests may take longer when verification, legal review, backup removal, billing records, abuse-prevention records, or security investigation records are involved. We may decline or narrow a request when allowed or required by law.

HiredFast does not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you are a California resident, you may exercise your rights under the CCPA/CPRA — including the right to know, delete, correct, or opt out of sale or sharing — through the channels above. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights such as access, deletion, correction, portability, opt-out, or non-discrimination. HiredFast will honor applicable rights requests through the channels above.
